Abstract | The invention provides a direct current converter and a turn-on time control circuit and method thereof. The control loop of the DC converter comprises a first power switch, a second power switch, a driving circuit and a turn-on time control circuit. The turn-on time control circuit is configured to obtain a first voltage related to a fixed voltage and a duty ratio of a control loop of the DC converter based on the fixed voltage provided by an internal power supply and an upper tube driving signal received from a driving circuit; based on the fixed voltage, obtaining a first current related to the fixed voltage and a first internal parameter of the on-time control circuit; obtaining a second voltage related to the first current, a second internal parameter of the turn-on time control circuit and the turn-on duration of the first power switch based on the first current and the upper tube driving signal; and when the first voltage is equal to the second voltage, generating an upper tube turn-off control signal |
