Summary: | The present disclosure relates to a clamping module of or for a medical pump, comprising an electro-optical system for identifying a hose clamp of a disposable infusion product insertable into the clamping module, the clamping module having the following components, the hose clamp is provided with an optical identification, a first light source used for sending at least one first light beam, a second light source used for sending at least one second light beam, a photoelectric detector used for receiving reflected light and a light source used for receiving the reflected light, and an optical window for bunching the at least first light beam and/or the at least second light beam on the disposable infusion article and bunching the reflected light in the photodetector.
