The method comprises the steps that information of a terminal is acquired, the information comprises the moving speed of the terminal, the signal-to-noise ratio of signals received by the terminal through an antenna and the downlink scheduling rate of the terminal, and the downlink scheduling rate refers to the proportion of the number of data frames received by the terminal in unit time; the information and the thresholds corresponding to the information are compared, a plurality of comparison results are obtained, and different information corresponds to different thresholds; and according to the plurality of comparison results, the number of antennas in a working state in the plurality of antennas of the terminal is set, and the working state is a state in which the antennas normally receive signals.
