Abstract | The invention discloses a composite pipe which sequentially comprises an inner core pipe, a copper-plated steel wire, a prepreg fiber belt and an outer protective pipe from inside to outside. The copper-plated steel wire is coated with high-performance adhesive resin at a high speed, and the pre-impregnated fiber belt is fully pre-impregnated with the high-performance adhesive resin. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) extruding raw materials of the inner core pipe, and carrying out vacuum cooling and sizing; (2) coating high-performance adhesive resin on the copper-plated steel wire at a high speed, and winding; (3) fully pre-impregnating the pre-impregnated fiber belt with high-performance adhesive resin, and winding the pre-impregnated fiber belt; and (4) forming a final composite structure through the outer protective pipe extruded by the connecting layer composite die head and the outer protective pipe composite die head, and performing vacuum cooling sizing, cutting, sealing and tr |
