Summary: | The invention aims to provide a production process of a high-load whole-process nitrifying bacterial agent, which mainly comprises the following steps: screening out a sludge source with high nitrifying functional bacteria through high-throughput sequencing, screening out sludge with high nitrifying bacteria abundance and high nitrifying load by virtue of nitrifying kinetics, and further improving the nitrifying capacity of the target sludge source by virtue of an artificial enrichment method, so as to obtain the high-load whole-process nitrifying bacterial agent. Meanwhile, a plurality of culture media such as actual wastewater are combined, and nitrifying strains which are high in reaction rate, high in growth speed and capable of being directly suitable for the actual wastewater are screened out. And the strains are compounded by using a response curved surface method, and the strains with negative influence are removed to prepare the high-load microbial inoculum.
