Abstract The invention discloses a robot lifting processing method and a robot. The robot lifting processing method is used for actively detecting the lifting behavior of the robot in the moving process and adopting a corresponding strategy to avoid damage. The method comprises the steps that whether the robot is subjected to lifting force or not is detected; if the robot is subjected to the lifted force, whether the robot is in a lifted state or not is judged according to the lifted force; and if the robot is in the lifted state, controlling the robot to start a lifted mode until the robot recovers to the landing state. 本申请公开了一种机器人提起处理的方法及机器人,用于主动检测机器人运动过程中的被提起行为并采取相应策略避免损伤。本申请方法包括:检测所述机器人是否受到被提起力;若所述机器人受到所述被提起力,则根据所述被提起力判断所述机器人是否处于被提起状态;若所述机器人处于被提起状态,则控制所述机器人开启被提起模式,直到所述机器人恢复至落地状态。
