Abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of metal thick-wall cylindrical part plastic forming, and particularly relates to a large-diameter pure titanium cylindrical part six-wheel powerful staggered-distance spinning forming method which specifically comprises the following steps that firstly, the thickness T0 of a raw material is calculated according to the thickness T1 of a target product, compared with die spinning, the limit thinning rate of opposite-wheel spinning can reach 85% or above, and the thickness T0 of the target product is larger than T0; the thickness T0 of the raw material is determined according to the conditions that the length of the raw material needs to be combined with the machining allowance of the next procedure, whether a test block needs to be subjected to heat treatment or not is judged, and meanwhile the theoretical length needs to be calculated according to the isopyk.The method has the beneficial effects that the large thinning rate of one-pass materials can be achieved by |
