The invention discloses a plant fermentation composition as well as preparation and application thereof. The plant fermentation composition is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 10 to 40 percent of herba portulacae extract, 10 to 40 percent of radix stephaniae tetrandrae extract and 20 to 80 percent of chrysanthellum indicum extract. The herba portulacae extract, the radix stephaniae tetrandrae extract and the golden chamomile extract are compounded, so that good hyaluronidase inhibition capacity is achieved, and the relieving capacity of the product is improved. The invention further provides a preparation method of the plant fermentation composition, the plant fermentation composition is obtained in a fermentation mode, the extraction rate of effective components is high, the components are diversified, and the relieving effect is good. The invention further provides application of the plant fermentation composition in soothing cream, and the soothing cream product is mild in te
