The method comprises the following steps that S1, corresponding floating cranes and barge resources are selected according to the specification form of the steel cylinder; s2, vibration sinking equipment is installed at the top end of the steel cylinder, the steel cylinder and the vibration sinking equipment are installed on a deck of the barge, and connection debugging work is well done; s3, the side, away from the floating crane, of the barge is anchored and moored, and a construction gap of the steel cylinder is reserved between the barge and the floating crane; s4, the floating crane lifts the steel cylinder and vibration sinking equipment, and the steel cylinder is installed in place through lifting, lowering and vibration sinking in-place operation; and S5, the floating crane recycles the vibration sinking equipment to the barge, and installation of the steel cylinder is completed.
