The refining and degassing process for aluminum ingot melting comprises the following steps: melting a raw material aluminum ingot, sampling and analyzing, timely feeding and adjusting, refining and degassing, introducing inert gas, putting into a rotor to enable molten aluminum to rotate, keeping introducing the inert gas, sampling and analyzing again, and feeding and adjusting.
