Abstract | The invention provides a method for accurately controlling the width of a silicon steel continuous casting billet, which comprises the following steps of: (1) adjusting a crystallizer, namely adjusting the crystallizer before silicon steel production, and adjusting the size of an upper opening of the crystallizer; adjusting the taper of a narrow-surface copper plate of the crystallizer to 1.0%; adjusting the cooling water flow and the water inlet temperature of the crystallizer; and (2) production process control: continuous casting process parameters are controlled in the production process. By adjusting the crystallizer before production and controlling the production process, the width of the silicon steel continuous casting billet can be accurately controlled, and a support is provided for improving the width hit rate of a silicon steel plate; and therefore, the cost is not increased, and the method can be popularized and applied on a large scale and can be used for producing silicon steel, so that the po |
