Abstract The invention discloses a vehicle control method and device for an expressway ramp in a vehicle-road coordination environment, a storage medium and an electronic device. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring congestion state parameters in a ramp main line target road section of an expressway; under the condition that the congestion state parameter is smaller than or equal to a first preset threshold value and the vehicle-road cooperation equipment detects that a target vehicle enters a ramp entrance of the expressway, the driving distance between the vehicles in a target road section of a ramp main line is calculated based on the vehicle flow and the vehicle speed in the target road section of the ramp main line; and under the condition that the driving distance is greater than or equal to a second threshold distance, controlling the target vehicle to drive into a ramp main line target road section, judging that the ramp is allowed to drive into the ramp based on the congestion state parameters
