Abstract | The invention discloses navigation equipment and a navigation method, and relates to the technical field of blind guiding, and the navigation method comprises the following steps: selecting different voice navigation modes according to a destination input by a user and a current position, obtaining state information of the user in a walking process in real time, and selecting different image processing models according to the image information obtained in real time; processing the state information to obtain state data of the user, generating prompt information with different priorities according to the state data, and sending the prompt information to an emergency contact or sending the prompt information to the user in a voice manner; and continuously acquiring the state information of the user in the walking process until the user arrives at the destination.
