Abstract | The invention discloses a method for surface conditioning and phosphating before automobile coating. The method comprises the following steps: S10, mixing a surface conditioning agent solution with a neutralizer and water to obtain a surface conditioning mixed solution; s20, a vehicle body is placed in the surface conditioning mixed liquid, surface conditioning treatment is conducted on the vehicle body, and the vehicle body subjected to surface conditioning treatment is obtained; s30, the automobile body subjected to surface treatment is subjected to phosphating treatment in phosphating treatment liquid, and the automobile body subjected to phosphating treatment is obtained; wherein the molar concentration of zinc ions in the surface conditioning mixed solution is 0.6 to 2.0 mol/L.
