The invention discloses a diaphragm valve body and a manufacturing method thereof.The manufacturing method comprises the steps that a plate is subjected to punch forming treatment, a flange piece is obtained, a valve cavity is formed in the flange piece, and two connecting holes are formed in the valve cavity; according to a preset self-exhausting angle, the bent pipe is cut, and two connecting pipe fittings are obtained; the two connecting pipe fittings are connected with the two connecting holes in a welded mode, and a valve body prefabricated product is obtained; and carrying out surface treatment on the valve body prefabricated product. According to the manufacturing method of the diaphragm valve body, the diaphragm valve body capable of achieving self-exhaustion without using a protractor can be manufactured according to different self-exhaustion requirements of the diaphragm valve. When the manufactured connecting pipe fitting of the diaphragm valve body is supported on a plane, the included angle betwe
