Abstract | The invention provides a hybrid electric vehicle part protection method and device, and the method comprises the steps: carrying out the timing of the duration of an obtained engine rotating speed signal in a resonance rotating speed interval, and stopping the fuel injection of an engine after the timing result is greater than a preset time threshold value, thereby cutting off the input of an excitation source. Continuous vibration caused by continuous input of combustion energy of the engine into the dual-mass flywheel is avoided, the clutch is controlled to be opened, and over-temperature or thermal shock of the clutch is avoided. The isolation rotation speed interval is divided between the resonance rotation speed interval and the safety rotation speed interval, when the engine rotation speed signal is in the isolation rotation speed interval, timing of the resonance duration is suspended instead of resetting timing of the resonance duration, and therefore timing errors of the resonance duration caused by |
