Abstract | The invention discloses a multichannel acousto-optic modulation device and a multichannel acousto-optic modulation method, and belongs to the field of laser technology application, the multichannel acousto-optic modulation device comprises a laser light source, a light splitting unit, a collimator and an optical fiber acousto-optic modulation system, and after entering the light splitting unit for light splitting, multiple paths of uniformly and equally divided light beams are output and are coupled to the respective optical fiber acousto-optic modulation systems through the collimators respectively. According to the device and the method, output light beams of each channel are large in interval and small in duty ratio, optical crosstalk is greatly reduced on the basis of realizing high-efficiency modulation of amplitude and phase of laser of each channel, and the device and the method have the characteristics of full-polarization light splitting, no additional phase difference and low polarization dependent |
