Abstract The invention discloses a system for uniformly mixing sludge and household garbage, belongs to the technical field of garbage treatment, is applied to a garbage pool of a household garbage incineration plant, and is characterized in that a garbage crane is arranged above the garbage pool, a garbage grab bucket is arranged on the garbage crane, and the garbage grab bucket freely moves above the garbage pool; the system comprises a sludge conveying pipeline and a sludge dispersing device, the sludge conveying pipeline is used for conveying sludge, and the downward outlet end of the sludge conveying pipeline moves along with the garbage grab bucket in the same direction; the sludge dispersing device is communicated with the outlet end of the sludge conveying pipeline, and when the garbage grab bucket is used for dumping garbage in the garbage pool for the first time, the sludge dispersing device is used for uniformly dispersing sludge flowing out of the outlet end of the sludge conveying pipeline on the surface
