Comprising the following steps: adding a SnCl4 aqueous solution into a bismuth salt aqueous solution, then adding a nano ZnO dispersion liquid, and adjusting the pH value of the mixed liquid to 14; carrying out a hydrothermal reaction, carrying out centrifugal washing on a reaction product, and dispersing to obtain a porous microsphere dispersion liquid; adding an AgNO3 aqueous solution, placing in a dark box, and stirring; and filtering, drying and calcining to obtain the Ag-coated ZnO/Bi2Sn2O7 composite material.
