The copolymer is novel in structure, a biological polysaccharide chain segment and a quaternary amine chain segment are introduced into a polycarbonate chain segment in a copolymerization mode, and the obtained copolycarbonate can remarkably improve the antibacterial performance, the biocompatibility and the impact resistance of conventional polycarbonate.
