Abstract | The invention provides a speed reducer return difference measuring method based on machine vision and a speed reducer return difference machine vision measuring device applying the method. A shell marking pointer is fixed to a shell of a tested steering engine, and an output shaft marking pointer and a loading arm are installed on an output shaft of the tested steering engine; the output shaft marking pointer and the loading arm can synchronously rotate relative to the axis of the output shaft; based on the same concept, return differences of a single angle position and a plurality of angle positions of rotation of an output shaft of a tested steering engine are measured, and the rotation angle of a pointer is measured and marked through machine vision. According to the invention, the rotation angle deviation of the output shaft caused by the return difference can be automatically identified through machine vision, errors possibly caused by manual reading are avoided, the return difference of the speed reduce |
