Abstract The invention provides a bending control mechanism, a handle assembly, an endoscope and a system. The bending control mechanism is used for being connected with a handle of the endoscope and used for controlling an insertion part of the endoscope to bend or unbend; the bending control mechanism comprises a base; the driving assembly is rotatably connected to the base, the driving assembly is provided with at least one wire slot group, the wire slot group comprises a positioning slot and a threading channel which are communicated with each other, and the threading channel is used for threading a stay wire; the transmission assembly comprises at least one positioning part, the positioning part is contained in one positioning groove, and the positioning part is connected with the stay wire; and the positioning part tightens or releases the stay wire along with the rotation of the driving assembly.
