Abstract | The invention discloses a uniform-sensitivity low-coupling three-dimensional accelerometer and a modeling design method thereof. The uniform-sensitivity low-coupling three-dimensional accelerometer is composed of a uniform-sensitivity three-dimensional vibration pick-up unit and a low-coupling three-dimensional sensing unit. According to the three-dimensional vibration pickup unit, a cross-shaped suspension piece is fixedly arranged on a beryllium copper reed, the beryllium copper reed is in a square shape formed by four equal-length frames, the four far ends of the cross-shaped suspension piece are located at the center positions of the frames of the beryllium copper reed respectively, and the two linear directions of the cross-shaped suspension piece serve as the X axis and the Y axis respectively.
