Abstract The invention discloses a uniform-sensitivity low-coupling three-dimensional accelerometer and a modeling design method thereof. The uniform-sensitivity low-coupling three-dimensional accelerometer is composed of a uniform-sensitivity three-dimensional vibration pick-up unit and a low-coupling three-dimensional sensing unit.
