Abstract The invention discloses a novel special CT (Computed Tomography) detection method and system for coronavirus infection and a readable storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a system positioning image; acquiring exposure radiation dose in the system positioning image according to a first preset scanning plan to obtain a plurality of radiation absorbed dose acquisition values; processing the plurality of radiation absorbed dose acquisition values to obtain final radiation absorbed dose detection data, calculating a difference value between the final radiation absorbed dose detection data and the special CT exposure radiation dose indication value, and judging whether the special CT exposure radiation absorbed dose meets requirements or not; if the requirement is met, collecting a simulated focus CT value in the system positioning image according to a second preset scanning plan, and obtaining a measured value of the CT value; and calculating the ratio of the measured value of the CT
