Abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of a kiwi fruit specimen. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, selecting and treating fresh kiwi fruits; s2, selecting fresh branches of kiwi fruits; s3, preparing a fixing solution of fresh kiwi fruits and flowering branches; s4, performing killing treatment on the fresh kiwi fruits; s5, killing fresh branches of the kiwi fruits; s6, preparing a preservation solution for fresh kiwi fruits and flowering branches; s7, the killed fresh kiwi fruits are stored; s8, the killed flowering branches are stored; s9, storing, observing and labeling; the specimen prepared by the method can be preserved for three to five years at normal temperature, the preserving fluid is still clear and transparent, and the kiwi fruits and flowering branches can still maintain the inherent morphological characteristics and color, so that the method has certain guiding significance for preservation of kiwi germplasm resources and has certain reference value for kiwi breedi |
