Abstract | The invention discloses a medical information circulation method and system based on data routing. The method comprises the following steps: deploying data routing and lightweight data nodes between each data production client and each data consumption client; when service information received by a data production client is obtained, medical data and a data abstract containing various identification information of a doctor seeing person are extracted from the service information, and the data are stored in a lightweight data node and a data route; when the data consumption client needs to carry out data consumption, finding out a corresponding target data abstract matched with the various identification information and returning the target data abstract to the data consumption client; and reading the medical data in the corresponding target lightweight data node, and downloading the medical data locally for a medical business process.
