Abstract The invention discloses a steering control device, a vehicle power supply system and a vehicle. A steering control device (50) includes a controller configured to control driving of a motor that generates torque. The torque is a torque applied to a steering mechanism of the vehicle using power from at least one of an auxiliary power supply (70A) from an in-vehicle main power supply (71) and a backup main power supply (71).
