Abstract | The embodiment of the invention discloses a non-contact cable voltage measuring device, method, computer equipment and system. The method comprises the following steps: when a to-be-detected cable is not arranged in a capacitance probe, controlling a voltage signal generator to apply an excitation signal so as to obtain a reference signal; when a to-be-detected cable is arranged in the capacitance probe, acquiring displacement current output by the to-be-detected cable; coupling the reference signal and the displacement current to obtain a coupling voltage signal; and obtaining the to-be-measured voltage of the to-be-measured cable according to the reference signal, the coupling voltage signal and the displacement current.
