Abstract | The invention discloses a herbal tea beverage and a preparation method thereof. The herbal tea beverage is prepared from the following materials in parts by weight: 95 to 98 parts of water, 0.2 to 0.6 part of black tea, 0.2 to 0.6 part of lotus leaves, 0.1 to 0.5 part of chrysanthemum flowers, 0.01 to 0.1 part of dendrobium huoshanense, 0.5 to 1 part of lemon concentrated juice, 1 to 4 parts of white granulated sugar, 0.02 to 0.04 part of black tea powder, 0.01 to 0.03 part of citric acid, 0.005 to 0.01 part of sodium citrate and 0.005 to 0.01 part of sodium hexametaphosphate. The herbal tea drink which is good in taste and natural in taste is obtained by mixing the herbal extract with the tea and the lemon juice, the preparation process guarantees the content and stability of the tea polyphenol and the dendrobium polysaccharide, and the herbal tea drink has the taste degree of the juice and can play a health-care role.
