Abstract | The invention discloses a method for designing a gap between a mounting system with a threaded main mounting joint and a thrust pin, and belongs to the field of aero-engines. The method comprises the following steps: determining a highest temperature state and a first maximum horizontal overload load as a minimum gap design load by carrying out engine full working state load analysis, and obtaining a minimum gap value between a main mounting joint and a thrust pin by adopting a formula or a finite element analysis method; carrying out stress analysis on threaded connection of the main mounting section under a blade flying load condition, reversely deducing a thread tooth bearing limit by adopting an allowable stress value of a material in order to prevent a fracture load of the thread tooth, and determining that the superposed thread tooth bearing limit in a highest temperature state is a maximum gap design load; and a finite element analysis method is adopted to obtain the maximum gap value between the first |
