Abstract | The invention provides an infrared nondestructive testing method for detecting the decay degree of a roof boarding of an ancient building. The infrared nondestructive testing method comprises the following steps: constructing a roof boarding infrared image acquisition device; taking sunlight as a heat source to shoot a roof boarding infrared detection image at 2-3 o'clock in the afternoon (when the outdoor temperature is higher than the indoor temperature) at the infrared image shooting time; carrying out edge detection based on a Python infrared image processing system to extract a decayed area of the roof boarding; and calculating the decay area proportion of the roof boarding, and determining the decay degree of the roof boarding. The method utilizes the infrared thermal imaging technology to make up for the defects of the existing roof boarding decay detection method, and has the advantages of high portability, simplicity in operation, suitability for site detection of ancient buildings, no damage and the |
