A measuring device is mainly composed of a main body structure, an acquisition system, a display system, an operation key system, a plate thickness display device, a measurement adjusting device and measurement acquisition analysis software. Compared with a traditional method that a thickness measuring micrometer and a coating thickness measuring instrument are adopted, measurement is completed twice after the position is determined, the device is based on the spiral micrometer principle and the magnetic thickness measuring technology, according to actual detection requirements, integrated measurement of the thickness of the corrugated beam steel guardrail base metal is achieved, errors are prevented from being introduced, the detection process is made to be simpler, more efficient and more accurate, and the detection efficiency is improved. And the method has good applicability.
