Abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of quantum dot fluorescent microspheres, the quantum dot fluorescent microspheres and application, and relates to the technical field of quantum dots. Mixing a monomer, a cross-linking agent, an initiator, quantum dots and a molecular weight regulator to obtain an oil phase mixture; emulsifying and dispersing the oil phase mixture, mixing with the swelled seed microsphere mixed solution for swelling, and then heating for polymerization; wherein the monomer and the seed microsphere have the same structural unit or derivatives thereof; the molecular weight regulator is selected from at least one of mercaptan and thioether. Thiol and/or thioether is added into an oil phase mixture to serve as a molecular weight regulator, a proper amount of water phase polymerization inhibitor is introduced to regulate the reaction rate, the rates of quantum dots and monomers/oligomers entering the microspheres are controlled to be equal, more quantum dots are embedded in the microsph |
