Abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of refractory material processing, and particularly relates to a multi-fiber reinforced magnesium-aluminum-carbon refractory material and a preparation process thereof. The process comprises the following steps: I, preparing raw materials, and mixing to obtain a prefabricated material; step II, putting the prefabricated material into a material container, and performing leveling treatment; step III, carrying out compression molding to obtain a molded blank; and IV, low-temperature firing treatment is conducted, and the refractory brick is obtained. The refractory material processed by the process comprises the following components in parts by mass: alumina, capacitance magnesia powder, magnesium aluminate spinel powder, polyethylene fiber, synthetic resin, alumina powder and graphite.
