Abstract The invention discloses a telephone voice automatic identification matching method and system for electric power communication scheduling, and relates to the technical field of telephone voice identification. A power system communication scheduling corpus is constructed, voice data of a communication scheduling telephone is collected in real time and converted into text content, and finally the text content is associated and matched with work content of the day. According to the method, the dispatching telephone audio file is converted into the text content through the voice recognition technology, and the problems that dispatching telephone information can only be manually recorded by a dispatcher, efficiency is low, and repeated confirmation is needed due to the call quality problem are solved; and the text content is matched with the work content of the day, such as maintenance, fault and work contact list through an automatic association matching method, so that the workload and difficulty of manual match
