Abstract | The invention provides a data processing method and device, a chip, equipment and a medium, and relates to the technical field of computers, in particular to the technical field of chips. According to the implementation scheme, the method comprises the steps of obtaining a first input value of binary representation in response to a received first random rounding processing request; dividing the first input value to obtain a first low-bit mantissa part of a preset bit at the lowest bit; obtaining a first random number of the preset digit number represented by a binary system; on the basis of the relative size relationship between the first random number and the first low-order mantissa part, performing replacement operation on the low-order mantissa part; and performing rounding processing on the low-order mantissa part of the replaced first input value to obtain a first rounding processing result.
