Abstract | The invention aims to provide a production process of a high-load short-cut nitrification bacterial agent and an application method of the bacterial agent, and the main method comprises the following steps: screening out a sludge source with high nitrification functional bacteria through high-throughput sequencing, and screening out high-nitrification-load sludge with high AOB abundance and low NOB abundance under the assistance of nitrification kinetics; the short-cut nitrification capability of a target mud source is further improved by utilizing an artificial enrichment method, and meanwhile, short-cut nitrification strains which are high in reaction rate and growth speed and can be directly suitable for actual wastewater are screened out by utilizing combination of various culture media such as high-ammonia-nitrogen wastewater and the like. And the strains are compounded by using a response curved surface method, and the strains with negative influence are removed to prepare the high-load microbial inocul |
