According to the composite material, hydroxyethyl cellulose is used as a matrix of hydrogel, and soluble cyclodextrin host molecules with cationic groups can be uniformly embedded into gaps of a cellulose material; menthol with antibacterial, pain-relieving and itching-relieving effects is wrapped by cyclodextrin, so that the water solubility is increased, and a slow-release effect is achieved; nano-zinc oxide with antibacterial and wound healing promoting functions is adsorbed by cationic groups and is uniformly distributed on the surface of cellulose.
