Abstract | The invention relates to a PLC communication intelligent miniature circuit breaker and a line load adaptive algorithm, the PLC communication intelligent miniature circuit breaker comprises an MCU module, a modulation-demodulation module, a metering module, a power supply module and a relay module, signal transmission through a power line carrier communication technology can be realized, the MCU module collects electrical parameters through the metering module, and the MCU module sends the electrical parameters to the power supply module. Based on the electrical parameters and corresponding threshold values, overcurrent, electric leakage and overvoltage and undervoltage protection functions are realized; the invention further provides a line load self-adaptive algorithm, the algorithm is based on the PLC communication intelligent miniature circuit breaker and is applied to the MCU module, the PLC communication intelligent miniature circuit breaker can avoid data errors and even packet loss when load switching |
