Abstract | The invention discloses an antifouling powder coating which is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 35 to 45 parts of modified epoxy resin, 12 to 18 parts of phenolic resin, 15 to 21 parts of modified polyurethane, 0.7 to 1.1 parts of graphene nanoplatelets, 0.2 to 0.5 part of benzyl dimethylamine, 22 to 28 parts of nano silicon dioxide, 0.3 to 0.8 part of butyl acrylate and 0.2 to 0.5 part of polydimethylsiloxane. The modified epoxy resin comprises the following raw materials: nano titanium dioxide, epoxy resin, acidified graphene and a curing agent; the mass ratio of the nano titanium dioxide to the epoxy resin to the acidified graphene to the curing agent is (3.5-5.5): (90-110): (0.5-1.5): (7-9); the modified polyurethane is prepared from the following raw materials: nano montmorillonite, polyether polyol, triethylamine, polydimethylsiloxane and isocyanate; the mass ratio of the nano montmorillonite to the polyether polyol to the triethylamine to the polydimethylsiloxane to the isocya |
