Abstract | The invention relates to a perfluorinated ionic polymer with a phenanthroline side group, a synthesis method of the perfluorinated ionic polymer, and a proton exchange membrane and a membrane electrode for a fuel cell. The chemical structure of the perfluorinated ionic polymer provided by the invention retains the structural advantages of perfluorosulfonyl fluoride resin, and meanwhile, a phenanthroline structural unit for capturing or quenching free radicals is introduced into the structure by adopting a chemical grafting mode, so that the purpose of resisting attack of the free radicals can be fundamentally achieved from the polymer, the degradation of the polymer is effectively weakened, and the service life of the polymer is prolonged.
