The invention relates to a star-level management method and system about gas field development well deployment and implementation, and belongs to the technical field of gas field development. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, establishing a gas well primary production estimation expression and a dimensionless production curve of a gas well through dynamic production data of existing gas wells of the same type; and then, determining the yield of the newly deployed gas well by using the results, determining the internal yield of the newly deployed gas well according to the yield and the cost, and if the requirement is not met, re-optimizing the deployment position and the construction process of the new well position until the internal yield meets the requirement. Meanwhile, the star level of the economic benefits of the gas well is determined according to the internal yield; and drilling is conducted according to the new well deployment position capable of meeting the benefit development requi
