Abstract The invention discloses an anisotropy investigation method and device, electronic equipment and a storage medium, and relates to the technical field of petroleum seismic exploration. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring excitation parameters of longitudinal and transverse waves excited by a vibroseis, determining an observation direction of seismic exploration and a single-side receiving arrangement length, and determining a layout azimuth angle and the number of receiving arrangements; sequentially exciting the transverse wave vibroseis along the arrangement direction according to the determined exciting number and frequency, recording the exciting azimuth angle of the transverse wave vibroseis, exciting the longitudinal wave vibroseis along any direction, and completely receiving the receiving arrangement; and the seismic data processing software compares and analyzes the received data of the receiving arrangement, processes the received data, and draws an anisotropic plane graph of seismic w
