Abstract | The invention discloses a biomass industrial component analysis method based on thermogravimetric analysis. The analysis method comprises the following steps: S1, preparing a biomass sample; s2, preparing an air drying base; s3, preparing a biomass sample drying base; s4, performing volatilization treatment on the biomass sample; and S5, calculating moisture, volatile components, fixed carbon and ash content. According to the method, a thermogravimetric analysis method is used for carrying out industrial analysis on the biomass material, different stages are set to correspond to different heating curves and gas atmospheres according to the combustion characteristics of the biomass material, and the proportion of volatile components, fixed carbon, ash content and water content in the biomass material can be measured through mass change in the thermogravimetric analysis.
