Abstract | The invention relates to a preparation method of a novel transparent nociceptor based on boehmite. The preparation method comprises the following steps: depositing a conductive film layer on a clean glass sheet, a silicon sheet or a high polymer material substrate as a bottom electrode; spin-coating a boehmite film on the surface of the substrate plated with the bottom electrode to serve as a functional medium layer; and depositing a metal film on the surface of the substrate plated with the bottom electrode and the functional dielectric layer as a top electrode to obtain the novel transparent nociceptor with a sandwich structure containing the bottom electrode, the boehmite film functional dielectric layer and the top electrode. The novel nociceptor based on boehmite has the beneficial effects that sensitization, desensitization, hyperalgesia and abnormal pain behaviors of a biological nociceptor can be realized; in addition, the AlOOH device based on good biological biocompatibility is used as a nociceptor, |
