The device comprises an oxidation tower and a water inlet, a water outlet, a gas inlet, a gas outlet, a manhole and the like which are attached to the oxidation tower, the oxidation tower is provided with a buffer area, a filler area and a water inlet area from bottom to top, and a gas distribution device is arranged around the buffer area and connected with the gas inlet through a pipeline. Through optimal design of the gas distribution device and mode, rapid homogeneous mixing of ozone gas and sewage is achieved, the gas-liquid contact area is large, the reaction efficiency is high, and the defects that a traditional ozone oxidation reaction device is large in gas distribution resistance and low in efficiency, and a gas distribution disc is fragile are overcome.
