Abstract | According to the method for promoting sugarcane perennial root seedling emergence by utilizing bagasse ash, first root promoting liquid fertilizer applying, soil shallow ploughing, root irrigation with water, second root promoting liquid fertilizer applying and biogas slurry root irrigation are combined, the activity of perennial root sugarcane root peroxidase, superoxide dismutase and nitrate reductase can be improved, and the content of perennial root sugarcane root malondialdehyde is reduced; a soil conditioner is applied, the soil PH is adjusted, the soil porosity is increased, the air permeability is improved, iron elements are supplemented, the soil temperature and the temperature absorption performance are improved, perennial root seedling emergence is further promoted, and yellowing seedlings are inhibited; by applying the seedling promoting agent, the chlorophyll content of sugarcane seedling leaves can be effectively increased, yellowing seedlings are further inhibited, the root activity can be impr |
