The anti-collision buffering mechanism comprises second sliding grooves horizontally formed in the upper portions of the two sides of the electric meter front shell, sliding blocks installed in the second sliding grooves in a sliding mode, and second elastic components which are arranged in the second sliding grooves and abut against the sliding blocks.
