Abstract | The invention belongs to the field of new daily chemical materials, and discloses a cereal fermentation composition which is prepared by mixed fermentation of oats, highland barley, rice and black rice. Wherein the weight ratio of the oat to the highland barley to the rice to the black rice is 1: (0.2-5): (0.2-5): (0.2-5). According to the composition, the oat, the highland barley, the rice and the black rice are mixed and fermented, and a fermented product contains beta-glucan, cereal polypeptide, polyphenol substances, polysaccharide and amino acid, so that the composition is very obviously helpful for strengthening the barrier of skin, replenishing water to the bottom of skin, relieving redness and improving the seasonal stability maintaining performance; particularly, the moisturizing effect on the skin is obviously promoted. Meanwhile, the invention further discloses a preparation method of the composition and application of the composition.
