Summary: | A tight reservoir pre-stack seismic data feature extraction method relates to the geophysical exploration interpretation technology and deep learning technology field, and comprises the following steps: (1) data preparation; (2) constructing a feature centralized storage technology framework based on a convolutional variational auto-encoder; (3) realizing reservoir section information focusing based on a visual attention mechanism; (4) reservoir feature difference enhancement based on regular term decomposition; and (5) effect verification. Aiming at the difficulty of tight reservoir pre-stack seismic data feature extraction, a new technical framework is constructed based on a convolution variational auto-encoder, a series of methods are adopted to realize feature centralized storage, reservoir section information focusing and reservoir feature difference enhancement, and a set of brand-new and effective pre-stack seismic data feature extraction method is explored.
